He has extensive experience advising professional services firms in key areas encompassing structuring, performance measurement and analysis, reporting, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions. He assisted with the implementation of a broad-based ownership transition and growth strategy for a large engineering firm which resulted in 50 employees becoming shareholders in the company. The process involved the development and implementation of a comprehensive shareholders agreement, business valuation model, dividend policy and reporting framework for shareholders.
